Returns & Replacements

Aricare guarantees that you will be satisfied with our services and products. Whilst we do take care to check goods before leaving our premises please notify us immediately if you believe the product to be defective or if the product does not meet your expectations. We will bear the responsibility of accepting your return according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Q. What can I do if I have found defective or damaged products in my order?
A. if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Please include a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. Please note that unauthorised returns may be refused or disregarded.

Q. Do I need to bear the return shipping or postage charges?
A. if the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will bear the return postage and reimburse the relevant amount by issuing you a coupon or Aricare Store Credit. However, we will ONLY be responsible for the return postage or shipping cost if you return the relevant item by standard post. All other means of returns such as registered mail and courier services will not be entertained. If the package is returned by any means other than regular mail, we reserve the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund with reference to the cost of a regular Mail return. Please also note that we will only be responsible for the regular mail (standard post) cost of the replacement item.

Q. If my returned products are confirmed to be defective or damaged, may I ask for a refund instead of a replacement?
A. No, we will only arrange to prepare and ship a replacement for the original returned item instead of arranging a refund. However, in a case where we are not able to provide a replacement of the original return item for any reasons, we will arrange to refund the item price by Aricare Store Credit.

Q. What can I do if the replacement is still defective?
A. Before sending out replacement products Wonder Store will verify that these products are in good condition. No further replacements will be arranged.

Q. How do I submit a return request?
A. Please follow the steps below if you wish to file a return request:

Send an email to return@aricare.com; in your email, write down the following:

1. Write down the order number which you want to return here.

2. Write down the full name of the item(s) you want to return here

3. Attach the photo(s) of the item(s) and describe briefly the reason you want to return it (them).

4. Review your request and send to us.

Q. Why do I need to upload photo(s) of the item(s) I wish to return?
A. Additional information, such as digital photos and detailed descriptions of the damaged/defective item(s), helps us verify your return request. This also helps to ensure that your replacement item(s) will be checked accordingly to avoid similar problems.

Providing digital photo(s) of the item(s) is optional. If you cannot provide digital photo(s), then please describe the reason for return in as much detail as possible.

Q. why is my return request under review?
A. Some return requests need to be reviewed manually to ensure that the request is in accordance with Aricare’s return policy. If you receive a damaged or defective item; please email us the order number & the product condition within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded’. Customer Service will contact you by email within 2-3 days about the status of your return request.

Q. Why is it that some item(s) cannot be returned or refunded?
A. some items cannot be returned or refunded, so can only be returned if defective. This is the case with products such as sanitary products which cannot be refunded due to reasons of hygiene.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item; please email us the order number & the product condition within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorised returns may be refused or disregarded.

If we authorise a return, we will provide you with anAuthorisation numberand instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us.

These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.

After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s).

If we find the defect described in your message, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) via regular Air Mail/Standard Post ONLY. Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.

Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by the issue of either a coupon or Aricare credit to your account and will ONLY be offered if the package is returned by Regular Air Mail.

No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered Air Mail, Courier services, Express Mail or Next Day Air services.

If the package was returned by a shipment method other than regular Air Mail, Aricare reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a regular Air Mail shipment. Please note that for all returned products, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement or authorising a refund.

Reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will not be entertained.

It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return.

We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.

UNOPENED, IN ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN GOOD CONDITION

You may choose to return only unopened items that are in their original packaging and are in good condition, provided you are willing to bear the shipping costs.

Cheque/Money Order

A: The clearing time for cheque /money order payments will depend on the bank that issues your cheque. Usually, it will take up to 7 business days.

Q: When will you ship my order?
A: We will arrange to ship your order once your payment cheque is cleared or your order is ready for shipment, whichever is later.

Q: If you cannot provide me with the items ordered, will I get a refund?
A: Yes, if in any case that we are not able to provide you with the items ordered, we will arrange to refund the item price by Aricare Credit ONLY for your future shopping.

PAYPAL

Q: How do I pay with PayPal?
A: There are two ways to pay using PayPal: Normal Checkout and Express Checkout.


Normal Checkout
- After placing items in your Shopping Cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

- Enter your email address and password in the fields indicated by the tab marked "Account Sign In."

At the "Payment" stage in the checkout process, choose PayPal as your payment option. If you already have another payment method set as your default, click the "Change" button next to your payment type at the "Review" stage of the checkout process to switch to PayPal. Click the "Continue" button to proceed.

You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Login to your PayPal account and click "Pay."

Click "Continue" to return to the Aricare Store.

Return to the "Review" stage of the checkout process. Note that PayPal has now been specified as the Payment Method.

Click the "Place Order" button and an order number will be created for processing.

Express Checkout
After placing items in your Shopping Cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Click tab marked "Sign in & Checkout with PayPal" and enter your email address and password in the indicated fields. Click the "Sign in & Checkout with PayPal" button to proceed.

You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Login to your PayPal account and click "Pay."

Choose your shipping address saved at PayPal.com and confirm your payment.

You will be directed back to the Aricare Store Checkout Page.

Click the "Place Order" button and an order number will be created for processing.

Q: What is Paypal?
A: PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.

Q: How can I start using PayPal to pay for Aricare orders?
A: You will need to first open an account with PayPal. PayPal accepts payment in either money transfer or credit card payment.

Q: What if my PC crashes or my ISP experiences problems during my PayPal payment transaction?
A: In the event that your PC, network or ISP experience problems during your PayPal payment transaction:

1. After pressing "Pay" payment will still be transferred from PayPal to the Aricare Store as long as you have clicked the "Pay" button. Please log in to your Aricare Store account and proceed to your shopping cart to process a replacement order with us.

Assuming that you will be purchasing the same items again, you will not be prompted with the PayPal log in screen again. Our checkout system will take you directly to the final page with the order number

If the total for your new order amount is different from the previous order, you will need to go through the PayPal log payment process as if you were placing a new order with us. (Please note that this will mean that we will receive a new payment from PayPal and that all excess amounts will be refunded to your PayPal account by the next business day.


2. When returning to the Aricare Store under such circumstances, payment will be transferred from PayPal to Aricare as long as you have clicked the "Pay" button. However, we will not consider this to be a valid order. Please note that any refunds that you are entitled to for this transaction will be processed as Aricare Store credit on the next business day.

Q: Why does my order still show "Verifying/pending" after I have completed my PayPal payment transaction?
A: As there is some delay during the transmission of payment data from PayPal to Aricare, the "Verifying/Pending" status may still appear even after your PayPal transaction was successfully completed. As soon as we confirm successful payment from PayPal, we will continue processing your order. Please note that time for processing can take from a few minutes to 24 hours.

Q: What if I decide not to continue my order after I have clicked the "Pay" button?
A: Under such circumstances, we will not consider this to be a valid order. However, payment will still be transferred from PayPal to the Aricare Store as long as you have clicked the "Pay" button. Please note that any refunds that you are entitled to for this transaction will be processed as Aricare credit on the next business day.

Q: What if I need to add any items after I placed my order successfully with PayPal?
A: If you add items to your order making resulting in an order total greater than that of the original order, you will have to go to PayPal to arrange additional payment for the difference before we can continue processing your order.

Once we receive the additional payment from PayPal, we will continue processing your order on the next business day.

Direct Deposit

Q: Can I pay by direct deposit?
A: Yes, direct deposit is one of our payment options, but it is currently available only to Australian customers with shipping addresses in Australia.

Q: What is the procedure for the direct deposit payment method?

Q: What happens if the relevant transaction entails a service charge/handling fee?
A: Aricare will not be responsible for any handling fees or service charges for the transaction that may arise. Thus, you are suggested to make sure that you have an exact amount deposit to our bank account.

Q: Why is "Verifying/Pending" still showing after I have made a deposit?
A: Once we have successfully received your receipt of payment, we will verify it with our bank and continue to process your order on the next business day. Please note that this verification process can take up to 2 business days and we will approve your order as soon as payment confirmation is received from the bank.

Q: Can customers shipping to an outside Australia address pay direct deposit method?
A: No, we can only offer direct deposit method for orders shipping to an Australia address at the moment. However, we will continue to explore the options of allowing deposits from other customers residing outside of Australia. Once we have other options ready, we will announce it on our site.

Q: In case a refund is required, how will it be handled?
A: Please note that all refunds made by Aricare Store are in the form of Aricare Store credit.

Q: Can I use more than one coupon for each of my orders?
A: No. Only one coupon may be used against each order placed.

Q: How can I get a coupon?
A: We issue coupons to our loyal customers through regular promotional programmes or marketing campaigns. The more you purchase, the greater the chance that you will fall into the pool of customers who enjoy greater discounts from us.

Q: What are Aricare Store Credits?
A:- Aricare Store Credit is an amount that can be used to purchase an order to the equivalent value in Australian Dollars. Therefore a $5 Aricare Store Credit is equal to $5 Australian Dollars in credit. Aricare store credit is only valid to make purchases on the Aricare site and is not redeemable for cash.

Q: How do I use Aricare credit?
A: Simply follow these steps:

- Proceed to Check Out.

- The billing information page will show a check-box for you to apply the credit (however, you cannot choose the amount to use); you should select a payment method as well in case the amount of your purchase exceeds your Credit balance. This box will not be shown if you do not have any Aricare Store Credit in your Aricare Store Account.

- The Order Review page will show the total amount with credit applied.

Or you can select "Edit" your Payment method from the Order Review Page, if there is any credit in your account. A check-box will ask you to apply the credit, and you should select a payment method too if any excess payment is needed.

Q: How can I get Aricare Store Credit?
A: You will be able to get Aricare Store Credit in the following ways:

- By redeeming an Aricare Store Gift Certificate.

- In any case when any refund is required, we may arrange to refund the relevant amount by Aricare Store Credit ONLY.

- Occasionally we may run promotions on the Aricare site and may give out store credit as a gift, prize or promotion.

Q: What are the terms and conditions of Aricare Credit?
A: - Once the recipient has redeemed an Aricare Store Gift Certificate, the amount will be converted into Aricare Store Credit. Aricare Store Credit does not have an expiration date.

- Aricare Store Credit can be used on the Aricare Store site only.

Methods of Payment

Aricare offers payment that is made by PayPal® only, the User Agreement for the PayPal, respectively, will govern your use of that service and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a PayPal user. YOU, AND NOT Aricare, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORISED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify Aricare of any discrepancies within sixty (60) days after you first receive notice thereof, you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you in all respects and for all purposes. If Aricare does not receive payment through PayPal, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Aricare or its agents.

For customers in Sydney, Aricare may offer the option to pay by direct deposit to specified bank accounts of Aricare. If either of these options is available, a description will be included in payment page. Any fees payable in connection with direct deposit, including any fees payable by Aricare's bank, must be paid by customers.

Unless expressly set forth on the site, Aricare does not accept any other payment form. If Aricare offers or accepts any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such other form of payment.

Taxes

You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your purchases, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes. With respect to each of your purchases, Aricare will automatically charge and withhold any applicable tax that it deems is required in any applicable jurisdictions.

Currencies

All transactions conducted by or with Aricare, including sales of items shown on the site, issuance of gift certificates and credit for returned merchandise, are made in Australian Dollars.

Payment made by PayPal in a currency other than Australian Dollars will be converted to Australian Dollars at the exchange rate determined by your credit card issuer or PayPal. Please consult your credit card issuer agreement or the User Agreement for the PayPal services for information regarding the determination of exchange rates by them. These exchange rates may include a 'spread', or amount payable to PayPal or the credit card issuer, which may result in the actual price paid being higher than the posted Australian Dollar price.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO CUSTOMERS RESULTING FROM CHANGES IN CURRENCY RATES.

Aricare does not provide cash refunds to customers. However, in the event that any such refund were to be made in the future to a customer who had previously paid in a currency other than Australia Dollars and such refund was made through PayPal, then PayPal would determine the applicable exchange rate at such time as provided above.

In no event will any Aricare Party be liable for fees or charges payable in connection with currency exchange or for any losses incurred as a result of fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

Product Descriptions

Products shown on the site may contain descriptions that are provided directly by the publisher, manufacturer or distributor of such products. Aricare does not represent or warrant that the descriptions of any products shown on the site (including personal care products) are accurate or complete. IF YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM Aricare THAT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE SITE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE TO RETURN SUCH PRODUCT IN UNUSED CONDITION FOR Aricare Store CREDIT IN THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.

Aricare has made every effort to display the colours of products on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor Aricare cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Prices

Aricare cannot confirm the price of a product until you order. It is possible that the price for a product may increase or decrease between the time that the product is placed in a 'Shopping cart' or 'Shopping bag' and the time the purchase is actually made. Also, despite Aricare's best efforts, a small number of the products on the site may display incorrect prices. If the price for the product on the site is incorrect and is actually higher than the price provided at the time of purchase, then, at the sole discretion of Aricare, Aricare may either (a) contact you for instructions before shipping the product or charging you for such product or (b) cancel the order for such product and notify you of such cancellation.

ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPMENT, RETURNS

Order Acceptance

The offer and acceptance of orders will be subject to the terms of the third paragraph of these Terms of Use. The Aricare Store may confirm its receipt of your acceptance by sending a confirmation to the e-mail address that you provide.

Passage of Title

Title to products and risk of loss of products, passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier selected by Aricare to deliver your order.


You are obligated to take delivery of any products you order notwithstanding that the quantity delivered may be less than the quantity ordered, provided that any amount charged to you shall be adjusted to reflect such lower quantity. Any such discrepancy in quantity shall not be deemed a material change of the terms of sale nor a breach or repudiation of Aricare's agreement to sell products to you.

Returns

Aricare accepts returns of most defective products, products damaged in shipping and products of incorrect sizes, in accordance with the terms and conditions posted from time to time at shipping and returns.

Replacement of returned products will be made in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy. Any refunds provided pursuant to the Return and Refund Policy will be made in the form of credit that may be applied to other purchases on the site. In no event will cash refunds be made.

Disputes

The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and any non-English language documents presented at such arbitration shall be accompanied by an English translation thereof. The arbitrator shall state the reason upon which the award is based.

GENERAL

Severability

If any of these terms or conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining portion of these Terms of Use.

Delay in Enforcement

No delay or failure to take action under these Terms of Use shall constitute any waiver by Aricare of any provision of these Terms of Use.

Complete Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Aricare Store'sPrivacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site from time to time, constitute the complete agreement between you and the Aricare Store with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersede all prior agreements or representations between you and Aricare.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aricare Store and the other Aricare Store Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to the use of the site and any content available on the site, any breach of these terms of service and/or any submissions submitted, in each case by you or any user of any of your accounts.
